Essays should emphasize:
  • providing opportunities for children
  • serving as a role model
  • personal sacrifices to benefit children


    • Include the qualities or characteristics that make your parent(s) and/or guardian(s) special.

    The Selection Committee will also take into consideration the nominees':
  • contribution to civic organizations and the welfare of the community and others
  • contribution to a chosen field or profession
